Ghana Starters kicks off this week at 4pm, on Friday 20 August 2010, at the University of Ghana. Ghana Starters is a movement for young and aspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders. The group is free to join and open to anyone interested in becoming an entrepreneur in Ghana. The Ghana Starters movement offers the unique opportunity to connect, share and build business with fellow Ghanaians in the country.
Guest speaker at the event will be Derrydean Dadzie, a leading bright mind who together with a team of university friends started DreamOval Ltd. in 2007. This group of computer science graduates from the University of Ashesi launched their careers in the mobile web market. Holding aspirations to transform Africa through emerging technologies, this entrepreneur has plenty of business information, advice and insight to offer anyone hoping to become an entrepreneur in Africa. Also present at the event will be the current executive members of Ghana Starters. The team are on the lookout for up and coming entrepreneurial leaders who want to become involved in the project.
So, if you’re interested in meeting fellow entrepreneurs, exchanging ideas, information and project plans then get to the University of Ghana on Friday 20 August 2010 and become a Ghana Starter.

  1. GhanaStarters is a very good program that has initiated by you.I support you the program and so i shall be the at the lunch.

    i am aspiring to become an entrepreneur to find comprehensive solution to the problem of illegal migration (desert and sea travels)which is highly dangerous.

    in fact, ideas keeps coming to me ,i therefore applaud your initiative for me to associate myself with you in order to get like minded people find solutions in Africa.
