  6. I am Venland Tazoh Teke: the CEO a Cameroon based Investments Company called Venta Investments C° LTD.We have a ready made gas exploitation project that needs financing. We come before this forum with clarifications on this ready-made, important and innovative project which involves the state of Cameroon and its constituted technical and institutional organs. This innovative project owns its genesis from the fact that every year in Cameroon about 1 800.000.000 metric cube of gas is ejected into the atmosphere from the petroleum platforms every year. Meanwhile, the constant shortage in domestic, industrial and medical gas is a call for concern in Cameroon as the State subvents the importation of gas from Europe despite the abundance in our country.

It is on this bearing that Venta Investments Company LTD (a Cameroon-based investments consultancy firm) came up with the project baptized, SEGAP S.A ‘Societe d’Exploitation et de Distribution du Gaz Petrolier’. We have for the past three years been in contact with our already committed technical partners (SOCATECH International http://www.propane2000.ca) a Canada-based company renowned for feasibility and environmental studies in this domain as they will be visiting Cameroon from the 28th November to the 10th December this year in a bid to gather the necessary information required to produce the technical documents required for the licenses. Two of their experts, Mr. Chevalier and Mr. Michel Dube will be with us in Cameroon come November for this special assignment.

On the other hand, we have lobbied and obtained an offer letter from our New-Zealand-based financial partners CDS Group (website: http://www.cdscorporate.com) who have committed themselves to finance the project but request a bank guarantee valued at 80 million Euros from an AAA bank to this effect. As per the MOU we signed on the 9th September 2010, they have accepted to finance us with a credit line of 62 million Euro over 10 years, with a grace period of 5 years.

Sir, this is the raison d’etre of our knocking at your doors to solicit the provision any business contact that can supply us the stipulated guarantee or otherwise solicit full financing of the entire project.
While hoping that this mail graps the attention of a facilitator,
Accept my sincere appreciation for this link.

  21. Having gathered experience in the travelling industry, Air, Land, including tourism, reservations, accommodations, insurance, mobility provisions and visitation and visitor packages, I need investor/s that are ready to pursue my business plan in this industry, make suggestions and inputs, advice, meetings and conclusions on whether to go ahead with me or not.
