Telecommunications services provider Zain Nigeria has launched a new package that will benefit Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria.
The new Zain Mybusiness package will now enable SMEs to manage their communication costs.
The Mybusiness package also enable SMEs to enjoy other value added services like free calls among staff in the same enterprise, access to internet services and reduced calling rates to five international destinations, namely the UAE, China, Germany, USA and the UK .
SMEs with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 50 employees can purchase the Mybusiness package which comes with two lines- a master line (for the entrepreneur) and an associate line (for the employees). Those already connected to the Zain network will be able to migrate their lines.
The master line will enable the entrepreneurs to manage their communications costs since it has the ability to control employee lines. Most importantly, it is the master line that will be recharged every month to cover the costs to be incurred by the associate line.
The Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (NASME), an organisation that promotes SMEs in the country has welcomed the new product saying it will boost the performance of SMEs in the West African State.
Deepak Srivastava, the Zain Nigeria Chief Operating Officer said the package offers SMEs the power to control the costs they incur in communication and enable its employees to communicate effectively.
