5 Day Boot Camp for Young SA Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs in South Africa can apply to take part in a five day training workshop and gain valuable skills that will help them in the day to day running of their business.

The Endeavour Entrepreneur Academy BootCamp will take place from the 28^th March to the 1^st April at the African Leadership Academy in Johannesburg. The boot camp has been by organised by Endeavour South Africa, a Non-Governmental Organisation that supports innovative entrepreneurs.

The workshop aims at equipping existing and aspiring entrepreneurs with skills and knowledge that will transform their businesses into successful enterprises.

Participants will be taught skills such as financial planning, leadership, management, market research and product development.   Endeavour also plans to use the boot camp as a platform for participants to interact with experienced entrepreneurs and learn from their success stories by lining up speakers who are accomplished entrepreneurs.

Endeavour holds regular seminars with the aim of building the capacity of existing and aspiring entrepreneurs.

The NGO also runs a different programme called the Endeavor Excelerator Programme which is aimed primarily at budding and prospective black entrepreneurs whose early-stage enterprises need a push towards development. They are given the support needed to grow their businesses through receiving mentorship and training, as well as by being put in connection with financial institutions. The programme mostly targets innovative business start-ups.

Endeavor also offers an 18 month entrepreneurship program where innovative entrepreneurs receive mentoring and attend workshops and conferences.
