The Rwanda chapter of the Junior Chamber International (JCI), a global Non-Governmental Organisation, is offering support to entrepreneurs in the early stages of business and university graduates wishing to venture into entrepreneurship.
The organisation which so far has 200,000 youths in its network offers capacity building through training and fellowships on entrepreneurship and leadership. The mission of JCI is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.
JCI Rwanda chapter recently entered a partnership with BiD Network, an organisation whose mission is to encourage and promote entrepreneurship, as well as to train university students on job creation and entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs whose businesses have an operating capital of between US$5,000 and US$1 million will also benefit from the initiative by receiving training.
The chapter provides business support services to young people and helps them nurture skills in entrepreneurship and leadership. Its members also get an opportunity to network during a monthly breakfast for young entrepreneurs where they get to meet successful entrepreneurs and other top business executives.
The organisation works with early stage entrepreneurs as well, offering them training, workshops and study tours aimed at helping individuals overcome challenges in business and expand their business ventures.
To become a member of the organisation you can send an email to jcirwanda@gmail.com
