Hello,
Thanks for the great job. I am Mr.Kika, the Director/Chairperson of a local Community Based Organisation in Uganda. This CBO is a rural based organisation with close to 100 registerd members. Our CBO gives small loans to the poorest of the poor members who without the existance of the CBO, they would not have been in position to cope with lots of demand. We do not provide lots of money to members because we dont have the resources, so we try to provide to provide as little as 25 dollars to ensure that all members get something. I love the finance that you give to the entreprenuers, and vision is to see this organisation grow from as it is today to the capacity of building and serving up to 5000 members by 2015. I also want to build it slowly to a status of NGO microfinance, currently we are registered by the district as a Community Based Organisation but my main vision to see it reach the status of a microfinance in between 5-10 years, we have been in existence for over 3 years.
My request is that you support us, to be able to reach many rural peolpe for sustainable livelihoods.
