The Milpark Business School has private education campuses in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, where core values such as conforming to the highest standards in education, honesty, transparency and integrity, and using innovative teaching methods to empower its students are key components in its day-to-day running. Milpark is a registered Private Higher Education Institution (PHEI), specialising in education in management and leadership, financial planning and insurance, and banking.
Where are your campuses?
Milpark Business School has two teaching campuses in Melville, Johannesburg and Claremont, Cape Town, and a support office in Durban. The Melville campus offers Higher Education (HE) programmes (NQF level 5 – 8 ) and Further Education and Training (FET) programmes (NQF level 4). Claremont offers Higher Education (HE) programmes (NQF levels 5 – 6) and Further Education and Training (FET) programmes (NQF level 4). The Durban support office offers administrative support to students. Part -time short programmes will be offered from the Durban campus from 2012.

Milpark Business School (Pty) Ltd is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DoHET) under the registration number 2007/HE07/003. The business school is also provisionally registered until 31 December 2015 as a Private Further Education and Training College under the registration number 2009/FE07/058. All (HE) programmes are accredited by the Higher Education Quality Committee (HEQC), a permanent sub-committee of the Council on Higher Education (CHE). Milpark is also provisionally accredited by Umalusi, the Council for Quality Assurance in General and Further Education and Training (accreditation number: FET00665PA).

Programmes are aimed at two broad groups of students: those who are already employed and want to improve their skills or enhance their careers by obtaining qualifications, and those who are school leavers and want to obtain a qualification that will start their career.

Is Milpark involved in learnerships?
Milpark is proud to have been the provider selected for the Letsema Learnership Programme since 2007. This BANKSETA initiative is aimed at the banking industry and beneficiaries are selected from previously disadvantaged communities. Milpark currently delivers the National Certificate in Banking Services Advice (NQF level 5) to these learners.
Milpark also delivers the management qualification for the BANKSETA’s Kuyasa learnership.
Several smaller learnerships registered with the Department of Labour are also delivered by Milpark. These are are tailor-made to the particular industry that is served.
