Rose valentine is a top fashion designer in Tanzania.
She shares advice to discard fear and charge after big dreams. She is of the opinion that if one does so with a burning passion, one will realize one’s goals and reap the rewards of their accomplishment. Rose is living proof ,in embellished wardrobe ,that this persuasion provides achievement.

Graduating as an accountant some twenty years ago, Rose was active for only three months in the converse occupation of bookkeeping before deciding to honour her heart in pursuit of her true interest, African attire.

In the present tense, Rose Valentine clothing designs enrobe some of Africa’s most famed and fortuned icons. Her boutique garments are nurtured from conception to catwalk. The creative process begins with the drape of her pencil on her sketchpad , shaping silhouettes to be stitched in style from authentic African fabrics imported from all compass points on the continent.

Rose Valentine apparel is native to her homeland, Tanzania, where fine tailors construct the cloth for everyday coverings as well as haute couture creations to celebrate events with a sense of occasion.

While Rose generates a favourable living from her fashion clothing, a portion of her turnover supports a project for children orphaned by HIV and AIDS. The founder of the orphanage, a fellow designer, contacted Rose and asked her to join other designers in starting an NGO (Non-Governmental Organisation). Accepting the challenge, Rose is now heavily involved in the running of this orphanage and the clothing of these orphans.

Through her generosity Rose is helping to ensure a future for African children who, without endorsement, might have none. By assisting in the care and eventual education of these young Tanzanians, Rose is also greatly benefiting her country. As she puts it, “This is important to us because we’re business people, but at the end, we still need to do our social responsibility in the society.”

The positive effect that Rose Valentine has on the welfare of the youth is as timeless as her collection.

It’s no surprise, then, that Rose was named the top fashion designer in Tanzania by the former president himself, as well as being declared the number one person to create national outfits within the country. Rose Valentine affirms that through self-belief and conviction of purpose regardless of one’s history, one’s entrepreneurial destiny can be fulfilled hand in hand with the futures of others.
